Billing | Tide and Terra Therapeutics will provide an invoice with all information required if you chose to submit it to your insurance provider. We do not offer direct billing.
Cancellation Policy | The time you book for your treatment is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a minimum charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you feel unwell or suspect you are getting sick, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!
